Why choose Zumba® Kids and Zumba® Kids Jr. for your school sporting programme?

The Zumba® Kids and Zumba® Kids Jr. programmes are designed for and welcome ALL types of children: girls/boys, active/inactive, overweight/underweight.  Additionally, the Zumba® Kids and Zumba® Kids Jr. programmes appeal to kids who are not necessarily attracted to traditional physical activities for kids.

Programmes such as Zumba Kids are helping tomorrow’s adults live a healthy lifestyle today by showing them, while they are kids, that fitness is fun!

We are all well aware of the benefits of exercise for children, including their physical health & development and cognitive development.  But the psychological benefits include:

• Higher self-esteem, improved self-image

• Confidence, happiness and faster reaction times

• Decreased anxiety & depression

• Improved mood & outlook, improved behaviour

• Longer & more restful sleep

Movement + Music + Community

= Joy + Health + Confidence
